Laws of Health

I have noticed the recent posting by Linda and must say it is time for me to get back on the ball too.

We have all heard about N.E.W.S.T.A.R.T. and the laws of health. These laws are so simple yet they are so effective. Yet how many of us practice them faithfully. If we would, then we would experience better health all round. They may seem too simple to some but the fact is that they are God given and thus they DO WORK.
