High-Dose pill Linked to Lupus
So says Samy Suissa, Ph.D., who found that women on high-dose oral contraceptive had almost 3-time the risk of developing lupus as non-Pill takers. The advice: Women with risk factor should ask their health-care-providers about a low-dose pill.
