Wow what a list! Very interesting to read. So am I to understand that the most "anti-oxident" is the very first item listed: red beans?

How did artichokes get on there? I'm glad red delicious and gala apples got on the list--we grow them here.

Yep and they're two of my favorites...Red Beans and Red Kidney Beans.
