Run Spybot S&D and/or Ad-aware. Both are free.

Here's some info i got off this url, but it may be software with the same name as yours, but a different program: spam blocker utility

This software looks pretty cool, blocking spam while allowing you to put funky images in your outgoing emails. I'm personally not into that kind of stuff, but it looks like an upandup site.

That program uses Hotbar technology, which is known spyware. I'd just as soon install a virus!
