Forum Software Upgrade Successfully Completed

The forum software upgrade was successfully completed after overcoming some problems during the upgrade resulting in longer than usual time to do the upgrade.

With the upgrade comes some new changes in what you can see when using Who's Online, when looking at the Active Topics, etc.
