There is such a fine line between active and passive euthanasia, what is right and what is wrong.
My mother is an Alzheimer's patient, she suffers every day. Mental of course but also physical because she cannot communicate about her physical problems. The last few days she has taken a turn somewhat for the worse and I don't think any of us kids, or my father is interested in prolonging her life by artificial means. It's a real fine line between that and a extra shot of muscle relaxant when they are in pain to quicken a process they are already on. While none of us would ever give a shot like that, nor encourage it, I can sure see how it would be tempting to want to end a loved ones suffering.
Modern science has opened up a Pandora's box of ethical/moral problems that were unheard of just a few years ago, much less in Mrs. White's or Biblical times.
