It is more blessed to give than to get. The store owner providing fuel or food is doubly blessed. And now the root bears fruit for all to see. By that logic, a manservant is blessed for working on the Sabbath because the greatest among us is the servant.

Arnold, Mike is saying the shopkeepers are doubly blessed for selling wares on the Sabbath day, but it seems Mike is wearying the LORD with his words, though he claims 'wherein have I wearied him?' ...When he says, Everyone that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them.." Sometimes Jesus impresses us to help people in need on the Sabbath. Does Jesus give new light that contradicts old light? Does He lead us to help one person by leading another one into sin?
