Now let me clarify why I ask if Jesus Christ the 'Begotten' Son of God, have a individual will and personality. I was having a discussion with one of my 'Young Turks' as I call some of my friends who are searching diligently for Gods truth, and he was trying to explain to me the Trinity/Godhead. He was struggling with parts of it, so I warned him on trying to solve this mystery of God but he kept pushing and insisting that we needed to have understanding on it so finally I asked why he felt it was so important. He gave me the answer, and it focuses on the individual character of Christ on how it differs than that of God the Father. This left me thinking on how the Father and Son can be different yet still be one.
If "Jesus Christ is the 'Begotten' Son of God" and yet "Jesus Christ the Son, and God the Father are one", do the Father and Son each have individual and separate wills and 'personality', yet work in harmony?. We see that Christ told the disciples that He had to go away to allow for the 'Comforter', the Holy Spirit to do its work.
John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
And that He, Christ had to go away or the Comforter (Holy Spirit) would not come to them, so He has to depart and then would send Him. And we see from the prior text that He (Holy Spirit) would teach them and bring into remembrance what Christ had told them..
John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
So we are given the understanding that the Holy Spirit had a different work which it would do if Christ was not there...Then we see that Christ said that He was doing the will of the Father in deference to His own.
John 6:38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
Matthew 26:39 And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.
But we also see that Christ followed what He saw from the Father...
John 5:19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.
So how does this all come together under the GodHead when it comes to individual wills and personalities?

Perfect love between them. Nothing between resembles what we would recognize as self seeking, or self exalting. The Holy Spirit exalts and testifies of Christ, Christ exalts and testifies of God the Father, The Father exalts and lifts up Christ. The Holy Spirit is Their Spirit. Three living persons standing as one, together, in perfect love, righteousness, holiness and purpose of the Great Everlasting Covenant.
