Does anyone do the children's story at church?

Does anyone do the children's story at church? - 01/31/04 02:07 AM

I do one about every 3 or 4 weeks and it seems it is harder to find a good story after 30+ years of telling them. Of course every 10 years or so I can repeat. Please post more stories here and reply if you use them and give us your variation of the story (props or changes you may have used to make it more effective.)

One I used with my kids, when they were a lot younger, was the story about Zacheus, when he climbed the tree to see Jesus.

I had a picture of him in the tree trying to see without being seen.

Just aim at the age you are telling the story to and use simple language that they can understand.
