The Northern Lights Spectacle!

Did any of you see the Northern Lights last night?

They were spectacular!!!! Part of the sky was red, another part was green, and yet another part was somewhere in between.

I understand this is to continue for a few more nights, therefore, if you missed it last night, you still have another chance or two to see it.

Well...that's another blessing of living in the Great White North, eh?

I've never seen the northern lights in my life! Have to rely on pictures and such. (hint hint)

I didn't take any pictures myself, however, I have been told that there is a web site out there somewhere that did and are showing some spectacular images, and moving images at that, there.

Placing "Northern Lights" into a search engine brought up the following site:

Is it still possible, if we were to go out into the wilderness in the Northwest, to see the Northern lights tonight? Just wondering, I want to see them, have the time tonight, hopefully a clear sky... and would just really enjoy watching them. Anyone know if we can still see them tonight????

It is my understanding that you have a good chance of seeing them again tonight.

I saw them Wednesday night (technically Thursday morning) from just east of Bellingham. WOW!!!

As hard as man tries, there is nothing anyone can do or create that can compare with what God gives us for free in nature. Forget keeping up with the Jones's. My Father has more than enough to keep me happy!
