One Day At A Time

“We have only to live one day at a time, and if we get aquainted with God, He will give us strength for what is coming tomorrow, grace sufficient for each day, and every day will find it’s own victories, just as it finds it’s trials.” - ML 94

“May you be strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, Who has qualified us to share [together] in the inheritance of the saints in light.
He has delivered us from the dominion of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in Whom we have redemption: the forgiveness of sins.”
- Col.1:11-14.

“It is [your] privilege to have a living, abiding Savior! He is the Source of spiritual power implanted within us, and His influence will flow forth in words and actions, refreshing all within the sphere of our influence, begetting in them desires and aspirations for strength, purity, holiness, and peace, and for that joy that brings no sorrow with it. This is the result of an indwelling Savior...” - TM 390

“Be strong and of good courage...It is the Lord that goes before you; He will help you. He will not fail nor forsake you. Do not fear nor be dismayed...” - Deut.31:7-8

“Looking unto Jesus, [you] are safe. Nothing can pluck [you] out of His hand.” -SC 72

“...Neither death nor life, neither angels or demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate [you] from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” - Rom.8: 38-39.

"The joy of the Lord will be your strength." (Neh.8:10).

Yesterday is gone, and can not be reclaimed nor can it be lived over.
It is written in the unchangable pages of time.

You may never have tomorrow, it is a possibility only, not a promise.

But, you have today.
It is the only thing you can do anything about.
Chose this day whom you will serve, and by not chosing, you have made a choice.

Live for today, and live for others.
That truly makes today a 'present'.
