The capability is there to control everything. No more doubts about that! The trial run has already taken place. It's all set up for the final crises to come over the world with surprising speed and intensity.

My reaction was, don't download the app, don't carry your phone. I don't know if it was the same person, but heard on the news, that some woman was arrested for failing to install an/the app on her phone.

Try to tell that to the youth and young people who cant live without one glued to their ears or in their hands. It just not gonna fly...
