Wonderful news everyone! We've just given birth to our firstborn child! A boy we have named Charles.
Young Charlie came to us after a long, induced labour but was done without epidural or injury. Both baby and Mommy are in perfect health! (I only wish I could say the same, having had the flu for the week before birth and the week after. I'm tired of wearing a surgical mask whenever I hold my son!) But other than adjusting to feedings every hour or two throught the night, we could not be happier with our new station as parents!
