The clained historicist stefnaovic and paulien believe they are right BUT their Relevation decodor the trumpets are differentt! How can can that be?

I've wondered about the gabbled messages as well. It's not his normal posting. Maybe he's sending messages from a phone, trying to text with fingers that are bigger than those keys.
APL's question on historicists --
Historicism, as the method of interpretation of prophecy, sees the prophecy as covering history from the time of the prophet clear through to the end of the world.
Like Daniel seven --
Babylon, Media Persia. Greece. Rome, Rome divided, papacy,
The heavenly court is seated, books opened.
Time comes for the "saints" to inherit the earth with Christ.
Daniel, took us, step by step, through
Stefanovic, Maxwell, Smith, etc. may vary in their understanding of the seven trumpets.
However, they are still following the historicist's method, They still march through history seeing the "seventh" in each series as bringing us into the time of the end and Christ's coming.
A preterist doesn't take us through history from the prophet's time to the end. They have the prophecies ending in the first century.
Daniel 8 they focus on Antiochus Epiphanes as the central figure, and reject any thought of the cleansing work and judgment applying to our day, except as maybe an "example" like any other Bible story is an "example".
However, the historicist, sees the march of time from Media Persia, step by step to the cleansing taking place at the end of time.
The futurist takes all the prophecies out of their historic connection and places them all in the future-- thus allowing them to "play" and speculate as to their meaning.
In the historicist view there are still numerous future prophecies.
We haven't reached the end of these linear prophecies yet.

n\maying it hard to read! As for the signs of Christ's coming, it would seem that, according to Jesus' words, we are now entering "the beginning of sorrows" (Matthew 24:8). Blessings, Green Cochoa.

JMO, but the Dark Day of May 19, 1780, the meteorite shower of November 13, 1833, and the Lisbon earthquake of 1755 ARE NOT signs of the end. The most recent of these (1833) was 186 years ago.
This whole end-time scenario needs re-interpretation, including the "great papal persecution" which IS NOT "the great tribulation."
No, "signs of the end" means just that: when you see these signs, the end is here, imminent, immediately upon us, within days or weeks, or possibly as much as 3-4 months. Not 186-264 years. You have to grasp what it means a thousand years is like a day...
