Is this meaning their recommendation to solve the greatest debt is creating debt with no restrictions? I don't know what they fully mean. Here's the context where your quote is taken. The UN's advice to the emerging nations is to retake control of their destiny and turn the tables on the financial elites. They should impose capital controls, preferential tax treatment for retained earnings, and force fund managers to hold assets for longer. They should allocate credit without apology, and learn a trick or two from the Korea's methods of "financial repression". So the UN are given advice to the emerging nations (China, Russia, India, Iran, etc...) " to take control of their destiny by turning the tables on the financial elites". The financial elites are this Mystery[Secret] Babylon's 1% elitist group responsible for wrecking the world's economy. What should the "emerging nations" (China, Russia, India, ...) do : a -"impose capital controls", b -"preferential tax treatment for retained earnings" c -"force fund managers to hold assets for longer". d -" allocate credit without apology" e - "and learn a trick or two from the Korea's methods of "financial repression" I'm not an financial experts. But we do have prophesy and patterns laid by the Lord who has brought 2 Jubilee types in the past : 1. When Israel was freed from Egypt's unjust slavery control system. Egypt nearly got destroyed then. Israel and other nations were freed with the spoils of Egypt. 2. When Old Babylon got destroyed liberating the nation of Judah and other nations. The conquering Kings of the East financed the rebuilding of many nations cities and their temples. The restoration of Judah's Temple and Jerusalem were not the only nation that benefited from the Kings of the Easts Jubilee declaration and financial aid. More details of these past 2 Jubilee types can be found in Post #181012 in the " Does anyone know how the economy works now?" discussion. So perhaps your d quote "allocate credit without apology" means that the Kings of the East of today (The Chinese Royal families and other suppressed ancestral European Royal families in conjunction with their [restored] government) will allocate credit to the oppressed captive people to rebuild their countries, industries, businesses and Churches? That's what I've been hearing that's the intend of the "emerging nations" via their informants for the past 5 years. This intent is the same as Cyrus had after the destruction of Old Babylon. So I see this as what is coming again according to the pattern the Lord laid with the fall of old Babylon. When you think of it, they (the Kings of the Easts) needs to jumpstart back to life a completely dead economy. A Jubilee is really the only choice & solution available.

What other function exists to reduce the debt? Are you asking what other function exists to reduce the debt other than creating more debt? Or do you not understand what I'm asking? The problem was "the greatest debt". To get rid of debt is not to create more debt. Or do you think the solution to the problem of the greatest debt is just not so great debt? But how did it become "the greatest debt" other than being not so great right before that point?

That's what I've been hearing that's the intend of the "emerging nations" via their informants for the past 5 years. This intent is the same as Cyrus had after the destruction of Old Babylon. So I see this as what is coming again according to the pattern the Lord laid with the fall of old Babylon.
When you think of it, they (the Kings of the Easts) needs to jumpstart back to life a completely dead economy. A Jubilee is really the only choice & solution available. But I find in Cyrus nor any other Biblical instance was there any solution of causing Israel to have debt. "Jubilee" is no debt. The rebuilding was given as a gift. Not debt.

We have now reached the place where Russia knows the US is determined to do whatever it takes to arm the opposition and to extend the war indefinitely. The problem was "the greatest debt". To get rid of debt is not to create more debt. Or do you think the solution to the problem of the greatest debt is just not so great debt? But how did it become "the greatest debt" other than being not so great right before that point? What!?! The reason I propose cash is because debt is not the answer. We need more cash and less debt. Preferably, cash without any debt or interest attached to it.

Elle, The great whore, the woman, has Babylon written on her forehead. Elsewhere in Revelation, a woman represents the church, a religious entity.
How does a banking system fit in with that?
