Br Gerry,
Do mild exercise that does not fatigue you too much, walk and visit others. Tell them about Jesus & help them as you are able.
Do not forget to read 1st Corinthians ch 13 & Isaiah chapter 58 often and pray to understand and follow them. God will fulfil their blessings within you.
practice the golden rule & memorize Peters' Ladder and the Sermon on the Mount. Make flash cards to use & memorize outloud while you walk. As you walk you will gradually get physically stronger & as you help others and tell of Jesus - you will love more & as you memorize and apply - you will become more hopeful and joyful in the Lord. This will do your heart good, for it is God's medicine for your insides.
Let your fatigue & strength both be your guidelines each day and be satisfied with doing what you can do, not what you want to do if it exceeds your present capacities. If you allow yourself to gradually buildup you will not cause yourself un needed setbacks. I am learning the hard way myself.
1. Exercise Loving Jesus with who you are & what you have.
2. Exercise Loving your wife with who you are & what you have.
3. Exercise Loving your family with who you are & what you have.
As you are able, get out and do stuff with each of them regularly.
Now take these two testaments (old & new) and call me in the morning.
