Potato and corn fritters
Potatoes - 2 large, grated
Sweetcorn - 1 cup, precooked
SR flour - ¾ cup
Egg - 1 ** (substitute 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch. Only need to firm up the mixture)**
Onion - ¼ medium or less
Sweetpepper - 1/4 medium or less
Hot redpepper - 1/4 for a spicy taste
Salt and pepper - to taste
Olive oil
Mix ingredients and fry in olive oil.
