How do we stand firm with the time that we have devoted to God? How do we connect with Him at a set time and place? Is it as simple as putting an appointment in your calendar for every day and making it as important as anything else on your to do list in order to keep that appointment?

A real good question, wish I had as good an answer.
It is difficult to establish a habit.
I read that it takes 30 days of doing the same thing to establish it in your life as a habit.

The only thing i can think of is to tkae your idea, set an alarm and get up everyday at a set time and do it.
After 30 days, you could be in luck, it may be a set habit.
