Zita, Hi - you can click on the add feature of the spell checker to include the Biblical and or (English spelling) version of the word, and to add the proper spelling of Zita to it's memory. American Microsoft software is not as obedient and adaptive as God's feathered creatures, often you have to reinstruct the software and computer to obey as you intend and not as it intends. I'm glad your pet survived the accident, sad for the other birds that were too far gone to save. Bye for now. ------------------

Thank you Daryl for your welcome - I have posted on one or two other sites, but I am especially interested in nature, and it is a delight to be able to learn about other countries and the different types of birds. Won't it be wonderful in heaven! we will have them all.
The city of Christchurch is built on swamp land, so we have a lot of wetlands about the city.In recent years there have been a lot of development in the wetland areas, walkways put in and viewing platforms to sit and watch.
This of course is attracting more wildlife in, some of which are rarely seen, so it is rather exciting to go and observe. Makes a wonderful Sabbath afternoon activity.

I am suprised there has been no more added since my last post? Are you all out there bird-watching?
I am sitting here at my computer, talking on the phone and birdwatching!
I have the watering system on ( it is our summer), and I see a fantail in my garden. It is unusual to see a fantail in a city garden, they usually live in the bush. I see it in my Robina tree, and now it is flitting down to the system and having a shower! It does this several times till satisfied.
When a fantail flys, it's tail feathers are shaped like a fan.How delightful that God's creatures know how to make full use of man's iventions!
