The storm is showing signs of arriving here as it has begun to snow.

The storm dumped a lot of snow along the USA coastline and is now beginning to hit the Maritime Canada section of the coastline.

The snow is coming down heavier and faster and denser as I type this post.

My sister lives on the east coast of a state called Rhode Island. They got a lot of it yesterday and last night.

Will try to call her to see how she is doing.

We are supposed to receive somewhere between 10 and 20 cm before or by daylight.

This has been such a strange winter here In Shediac New Brunswick. The Northumberland Straight has not been covered over fully in ice this winter! back in the "good old days" people used to walk accross the ice (about 12-15 miles) and now the Straight doesn't even freeze fully over! The birds that are usually here are elsewhere....SIGNS????

I think things are strange, everywhere! I saw a headline on the internet somewheres that said they are expecting this summer to be the warmest in history!

And then when you look at the other headlines - talk about "wars and rumors of wars"! It seems everything everywhere is ready, except God's people

I don't believe in man-made global warming, because it's purely political, while the science demonstrably proves natural climatic cycles involve temperature swings every 30-50 years.

The last 20 years are irrelevant to show any change.

Major temperture fluctuations predate the industrial age.

There's more CO2 in plant life and the oceans than in the air; 3-40 times more, respectively. CO2 is not to blame for raised air temperatures, either, or for predicted rises: such 'forecaste rises' political propaganda is bad science and poor journalism, built on natural cycles which decrease against by themselves.

Raised air temperatures draw CO2 from the oceans, etc., so warmer temperatures don't come from more carbon dioxide: such a statement is perfectly back to front.

The man-made emissions that are at all relevant are much more natural, and aren't just down to humans. Therefore the whole climate change lobby - thanks to the politicians - has us believing the scientific equivalent of macro-evolution, in relation to the climate.

Reducing CO2 emissions wouldn't make any real difference to the amount in the air at the moment, so the American government is right to reject the Kyoto project....They should all just give it up!

I read a Cato Institute article a few years ago that said the average world-wide temperature had risen by about 0.4° C. over the past 50 years. That doesn't seem like too much to get all worked up over!

And whatever warming there may be, it sure isn't proven that it's man-made. These things happen naturally too.

I think in the late 60's they were talking about an oncoming ice age.
