Okay. This is going to be a LONG post, btw. I think I'll fill you in on a few things first:

1) Ben may not be mentally stable. For quite awhile, he had a fatal attraction to me, and even threatened to kill himself.
2) Ben in the past has recieved mental and physicall abuse and bullying
3) Me (Sarah) Annalise and patrick have the biggest influence on bens life than anyone else outside his own family. Maybe even more so. Me espically.
4) Bens grandfather/grandpop used to be a very highly ranked anglican pastor.

Okay. My friend ben (well, we're semi friends. Ever since his fatal attraction to me, which he claims is gone, I've been secretly scared of him.... but due to social laws, I'm bound to be his friend) claims he see's ghosts in his house. He said he once saw a being clothed in white and was very shiny and made him peaceful, he refered the womans appearance to that of an angel, without wings, though light was where there would've been wings. Bens dad also see's auras, too. I'm scared that the spirits are the doing of this. Espically recently. Here is a very long quote from a recent talk we had on msn. It is VERY long. If you could read it, I'd appriciate it, I'm young, quite inexperienced, and worried that this is a seriously dangerous situation I'm in here. Ben is "Only the dea" and at some point his name gets switched to "It isn't con" I'm "Maple Story". This quote is about 4 dreams (one dream per night.. each after the other) ben had been having.

what I tell you now is truth...... complete and utter
truth........ here we go.. a couple of days ago I had
a final dream..... a final dream in a series of four
dreams that I'd been having

something about him being my enemy or something..... I
can barely remember this one...... I just remember

me.... and then I hear Patrick's voice telling me to
get away from him....... and then Richard punches
me.... and it actually hurt..... he punches me
directly in the stomach and then I'm lieing on the
ground struggling to breathe

[06:50:42 p.m.] Only the dea: and that was it..... I woke up...... now
I know that's not strange at all...... but once I've
told you them all you'll see

this is the one I'm really afraid to tell you about

hugged....... and... I just held you there for god
knows how long....... then I woke up wondering what
the hell was wrong with me......

night........ it was similar to the one I had where
you died.... except this time Annalise died.... and
yet again it ran right through the funeral..... but
this time..... instead of having a warm sad
feeling...... I had a really cold sad feeling........

might've been horror

later in the dream I find myself running through the
graveyard screaming her name in the middle of the
night.... almost pitch black

floating in the air infront of me...... he talked to
me..... he told me so much... more than I wanted to
hear.......

about Caitlin, about Patrick....... about everyone and
he somehow knew what was going on..... he even told me
what he thought was wrong with Annalise

spot for you Ben....... and you still have a soft spot
for her...... whether either of you know it is a
different story..... but right now at the rate things
are going you won't be friends much longer... same
goes for Annalise"

that you and I would have a fight on the 24th:|.......
I have been scared the HELL out of

The piece of paper that is talked about is a corner off a piece of paper ripped off with the names sarah, annalise and patrick which his grandfather wrote in different corners of the triangle. See, just before bens grandfather/grandpop died, he left him a box with some stuff inside, like letters, and this was included. His grandfather died 4 years ago, well before any of us had ever met ben, left alone his grandfather...

I'm rather scared. What are your opinions on this? What should I do?

Correct me if I am wrong in my summary:
Ben is being visited by his dead grandfather, and he tells him things about future events correct?
Steph is involved in witchcraft and is friends with Ben.

Aside from what you said about Ben seeing ghosts and being visited by a female angel of light.
You said Bens dad see's auras, so i am curious as to whether or not Ben's dad is involved in anything.

It seems that Ben is tormented spiritually, and under a spiritual attack which is apparently anytime at home, awake or asleep.
You see the enemy has found him in a very vulnerable position and is taking advantage of it.
Since you and some of your friends have a big impact on his life I believe that you need to lead this young man to Christ, so he can lay all his worries, pain, and suffering at the Throne of Grace.
Begin to introduce him to Christ because time is short. Ben is being visited awake, and being visited in his sleep. The boy needs peace, and needs to be saved, he needs Jesus.

You got the right summary of it, much better than I could've put it He's very much interested in religious matters. Fact is, I'm the one everyone seems to turn to. See, they see I'm different. I keep the sabbath day. A big one is that I don't swear-they pick up on this. They pick up on my morals, start to ask questions, then ask my questions, then I let them read my phanflet "Is there a god?" oh request

But ben is stubborn... well, until these dreams, he didn't believe what he saw was real. He asked what I thought, I told him exactly what I thought, it sounded like spirits to me. But he refused to believe that such things existed, yet didn't say they might not be there... he doesn't like the idea of religions, sticking to one idea. He has this idea that every religion will have at least one thing wrong. Ben seems to believe theres a God, but continues to insult it. He loves to use God and Jesus in his writings (he writes stories, quite funny too... except for when he insults god or jesus. Out of respect for me, he's recently tried to stop) yet holds a belief that there are aliens, and aliens created us. Well, that is his theory anyway. But due to these recent events, its changing his views....
Steph, she's kinda a different matter. Me and Steph are friends. Her being a Pagan, she believe theres good spirits and bad spirits, its like, she and me are complete opposites religion wise. She knows that she deals with the bad spirits. I deal with the good ones (well not deal... you know what I mean) and she knows that too. She gets harrased by them as well and often asks me questions.
Its just so hard, because ben won't believe it. He feels that religion would limit him too much. Thats why when the teachers at school insult christianity, I try and stick up for it. Because I know that people see this. And when they see it, they afterwards ask me questions
Bens dad is a full blown atheist, yet he see's auras, which really confuses me.
I wish I could lead him to God.... because even if this is actually a mental issue, not a spiritual issue, I'm sure God could help as well.

There may come a time when you will be required to sever your friendships, but don't be in haste. Take time to pray and study if that is what the Lord wants.

Remember when you study to ask for the Holy Spirit to teach you all truth, because God is the best teacher I have found.

Thats a strange situation your in. One witch, one SDA, one who gets instructions from someone/something impersonating his dead grandfather in dreams, one dead grandfather who was anglican priest (bishop?) and wrote papers with names of people he doesnt know, a paper with names used in withcraft. And all of you (except the grandfather ) are teens. I guess what you can and should do is to take this all to God and listen to His advice. Or if someone here takes it to God and gets an answere to tell you. In any way 'May Gods will be done'.

I did tell me dad. He said just to let it play out.... if I tell my pastor, he won't do anything, as he doesn't actually believe in evil spirits... at least not that they do this sorta stuff

About the bibletexts, doesnt the one from Romans, 1 Corintians and 1 Thessalonians consern dealings with people who are in the church building and membership lists but clearly arent followers and students of Jesus? This Ben would not fit this category as far as this description above tells.

If you cut down your relationship with Ben, whatever else it would lead to it would make this dream "prophesy" come true... What to make of this I dont know.
