What is the Spiritual Gift that Scripture uses to ready the users of that set of gifts within a gift, for the Latter Rain ?

I will answer my original question, with an open book quiz. Where are the spiritual gifts that are given - listed in this passage of verses. (hint) it is a rare gift with a circulatory system.

Ephesians 4:

1 ¶ I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
2 ¶ With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

So very much beyond. Beyond their wildest and best dreams and hopes - and ours.

I'd say that it would be the early rain baptism of the Holy Spirit that gets us ready for the latter rain... cuz this Gift brings ALL other gifts with it
