The bible has several instances of prayers of thanks being offered to God for answered prayer.
It would be nice if we shared answers to our prayers and thanks to God for the answers we get.

I thank God for hearing me and the prayers of others in my behalf.
More than once He has lifted me out of depression and stood me back on my feet.

Father, Thank You for Your love and help in my walk.
Thank You for friends and family that care enough to lift me up when I am down.

Please accept my offering of thanks,
In Jesus name.
Amen

I just want to say thanks to go for the many answered prayers that He has provided me. ranging from turning my mom's accedent(dislocated elbow) into a blessing, letting my new kitties be healthy and alowing me a safe trip this past weekend. I could go on and on for a long time, but I will stop now so no one gets upset.

Dear Lord,
Thank you so much for all you have done in my life. Help me remeber to live with, in and for you always. Thanks for all the prayers you have ansewerd, those that I know and those that I don't.
amen

Frog

ps. I tried spell checking this and it would not work..... so if anyone can help me out thanks.

Hello everyone!! I just want to share one quick answer to prayer that happens for us on a regular basis. We live in the downtown area and parking is often hard to come by for our guests as the apartment block does not have visitor parking and we must rely on street parking or pay parking. Well, we have a Bible study every Tuesday evening and the first night we forgot about parking! Since that night, my husband and/or I pray for parking for our guests that come by car - and every week since we have had parking for them - except the one week we forgot to pray about it!! Again, we had a potluck this last Sabbath for our group and prayed for parking because there is a lot happening downtown on weekends. Again, there was absolutely no trouble with parking. We praise God every week for that miracle, and we're reminded whenever we forget where it comes from.

We must keep in mind everything God gives and take nothing for granted. These are the things that help our faith stretch and grow.

Too often we take for granted all that our amazing Father does for us.

The sunshine and rain that causes crops to grow.
The flowers to beautify the wqorld around us.

Helping us when called to do something on short notice.
I was called by our pastor here on Weds. night and asked to speak this Sabbath.
Only by the grace of God and with His help was I able to do it.

Thursday, our daughter Suzanne sucessfully completed her radiography course by passing her last exams. Her sucessful finish is an answer to prayers for the past two years as she has had to deal with difficult instructors who seem more determined to flunk people out of the program than to help them succeed.

We're still praying that she will sucessfully pass when she sits her registery boards this coming Friday. She already has a job at OSU Medical Center and will begin work at the end of June.

Praise God.
That is wonderful.

Let's hear from others, surely God has answered your prayer as well.
I remember one time I was attempting to repair a pipe on my well, I didn't have the money to hire someone to do it for me, so prayed and asked for help.
I had been fighting with a connection for more than an hour, it just would not come apart.
I asked God for a little help, and on the next attempt, it fairly came apart by hand, like it wasn't on tight at all.
I had used and extension on my pipe wrench and it wouldn't budge.
He is interested in every facett of our lives.

Gerry, I've had experiences like that where I couldn't get something apart, or maybe I couldn't get two parts back together. I would aske for a help, and I am sure that an angel reached out with their mighty strength and did the job. I believe that a few of those times had to do with getting the valve off the well (where in lived in AL) so I could prime the pump after the power had been off awhile.

We know all too well about priming the pump, huh dad? God has answered many of my prayers mostly when I least expected it. One of our prayers right now is that we find a place to live in Berrien Springs by August 1. I know that God will help us but we must be patient. He does things in His own time. That's something that we all too often don't show, patience. Well, I thank God for all of my answered prayers. Even the ones He doesn't answer in yes to. God bless!

Today, I would like to thank God for saving my dad from REAL trouble a couple days ago. He was having chest pains and went to the ER and we just found out that it was the warning signs of a heart attack. He has to take it extra easy and can't be in smoky environments or in the humidity. I guess it's a good thing that they purchased air conditioners when I moved out of the house! He's doing well, and has to go for more tests, keep praying for my daddy. It doesn't come to your mind until it actually happens, or almost happens, just how much your parents mean to you. I pray that God keeps my parents safe for a good long time. I still need them both and their input about life. God bless!

All the signs and symptoms said heart attack, but, after the exams and blood draws and tests absolutely no damage to the heart was found.
Thank you, Father, for the help and for the wakeup call.
May the time you have given be spent in service to others and to You.
In Jesus name,
Amen
