We are used to eating our food cooked here in North America and there is nothing like a good cooked hot meal, Right? There is nothing wrong with having a cooked meal but keep in mind that most of it is DEAD FOOD contains very little nutrition. The cooking process kills the essential live enzymes and most of the vitamins and minerals.

A good suggestion is to eat more fresh fruits and raw vegetables. Have a large salad each day. Enjoy your cooked meals but be sure to eat raw and fresh fruit, veggies every day.
