Yes, it was another good study.

We did Chapter 3.

As I had to leave before the study was completed, due to the time zone I live in, I don't know whether or not Chapter 3 was completed and whether the plan is to do Chapter 4 this coming Friday. Perhaps somebody can enlighten us about this.

This is a reminder that the study on the book, The Great Controversy, will continue tonight at 8:30 p.m. EDT.

As far as I know, Chapter 4 will be the topic for this evening.

My only regret is that I will be unable to be there for the next few Friday evenings.

How did the study go last Friday?

I wasnt able to show up because I was having dinner at my wifes aunt's home. I plan on being there tomorrow though.

Jan and I showed up tonight, but since it was only the two of us, we just chatted for a time. So we can continue with Chapter 5 (John Wycliff) next week (Aug.12, 8:30 EDT)if that's alright with the rest of you.

I understand Chat Room #1 isn't working, therefore, until I am able to rectify the problem, it would be a good idea to use the public Chat Room #2 which doesn't require any passwords. You can simply log on and, either use the Main Room, or create the EGW_Book_Club_Room as a subroom exactly as you see it typed out here, bearing in mind that this room only continues to exist as long as there is at least one person in there.

By the way, the directions on how to create any subrooms are below Chat Room #2, which serves as an excellent back-up whenever Chat Room #1 isn't working, which is happening now.

As I will still be away for another few weeks, and as my being online is very limited while still away, I probably will not be able to make it, however, have a great study in Chat Room #2 until I am able to get Chat Room #1 up and running again.

In the meantime, you may wish to test out the creation of the subroom there so there won't be any glitches on Friday evening.
