First, we want to welcome the new members of Maritime SDA OnLine since the last update.
WEEKLY FORUM/BOARD CLOSED NOTICE FOR EVERY SATURDAY FROM 7:45 A.M. ADT TO 4:00 P.M. ADT

This is to both inform and remind everybody that, as a result of a backup of all of the server data, the forums of Maritime SDA OnLine will be closed down for forum software safety reasons every Saturday from 7:45 a.m. ADT to 4:00 p.m. ADT. This is now another 30 minutes earlier than previously announced.
I was informed that, depending on the server, the backup could take anywhere from five to ten hours, however, we are re-opening after eight and one half hours have gone by.
This is our sixth week for the next scheduled shut-down. As a result of closing down the last few weeks, we never had any forum software problems, therefore, the shut-down was successful in this sense.
This will be done each week until further notice, or until the forum software problem resulting from the backup is resolved.
We regret the inconvenience this may cause some of you, however, it needs to be done to avoid potential damage to the topics and posts here at MSDAOL.
